Since we’ve been spending so much time at home, I’ve been experimenting by adding new foods and new recipes–this week, it’s homemade kimchee. Now, I’ve never had kimchee, and that may disqualify me from making it in the first place, but I love garlic, I love cabbage, and I love experimenting with fermentation, so after looking at many recipes online, I finally decided to give it a go. Here’s the result, followed by some pics from around my world.
It really compressed in the over night fermentation time–and I have no idea how it tastes!

Then back home, as afternoon becomes evening.
